We’re looking for self-starters who enjoy working with heavy equipment. Individuals who are eager to bring their skills and experience to a trusted leader in the trucking industry. Koch Trucking’s fleet consists of newer, late-model equipment therefore technicians are frequently performing routine or preventative maintenance. Technicians will begin to accrue PTO upon hire! Technicians in their first year of service will earn 80 hours/10 days of PTO.
