Koch Companies (pronounced “cook”) are a family of privately held companies founded by Stan Koch. Koch began serving customers in 1976 as a merchandiser of hardware to retailers in North America. In 1978 the Koch family purchases it’s first truck to transport hardware, creating Koch Trucking. Koch is now operated by Stan’s two sons and grandson and is comprised of five divisions and affiliate companies with headquarters in Minneapolis, MN.

United Trailer Leasing is a full-service trailer and container lending company. With over 60 years of experience and 3,000 available units, United Trailer Leasing has the experience and flexible leasing options to meet their customers specific needs.
Koch Logistics
One of the Midwest’s largest privately owned 3PLs, offering all modes of domestic and international shipping in addition to asset-based warehousing and supply chain management. Koch Logistics has developed an expertise in managing the on-time arrival of FF&E materials for complex retail store initiatives like new store openings, remodels, and construction projects.

Operating within Koch Logistics, Koch Maritime provides end to end International and ocean/air shipping services from ports and locations worldwide. Koch Maritime continues to expand by offering clients creative and flexible solutions with customer service they can count on.
